«Management of pre-school educational institution on the basis of its development strategy»

Qualitative upgrade of Russian society and the changes in the world educational space defined an objective need for harmonization of the national education system. The ongoing processes equally apply to all levels of education – from preschool to higher education. Unification of the preschool educational organizations habitual until recently was replaced by their variety, variability of educational programs, introduction of new technologies. The concept «educational institution» is changed to the new concept «educational organization». The approaches considered in article open the separate sides of the problem of management of the preschool educational organization in the conditions of transition to new conditions of independent managing. Authors pays attention to a contradiction between the developed traditional control system and need of changes of the relations providing the new nature of management in a format of cooperation, partnership, autonomous responsibility for the made decisions. Analysis of literary sources (T.P. Kolodyazhnaya, V.S. Lazarev, M.M. Potashnik, L.L. Meyer, L.S. Markov, P.I. Tretyakov, K.Y. White, T.I. Shamova, I.P. Kapustin and others.) has allowed authors to identify the specifics of the management activity of preschool educational organizations, the implementation of the operation strategies, development of education in preschool educational institution. Authors draws attention on research positions in the definition of «development program for preschool educational institution», as well as considers the management cycle of preschool organizations, describing the sequence of its stages. This article compares the position of both domestic and foreign researchers. In conclusion, it is defined that preschool management of the organization is a process that represents a set of continuous interrelated management functions and activities (actions and operations).

«Graph theory application to the development of training process models»

On the basis of analysis of federal state educational standards and studies on the design, optimality and efficiency of the learning process, a basic model of the educational process is proposed in the article, based on the block-modular approach and the mathematical graph theory. It is shown that during the process design and depending on the filling of modules and their meaning, this model can be transformed and useful not only in the development and analysis of work programs, but also reflect the development of the personality, including taking into account negative factors. The boundaries of the proposed model usage are determined. The question of introducing qualitative and quantitative grades of this model on the basis of graph theory for controlling bodies is considered. Advantages of the block-modular approach application to the creation of educational programs in conjunction with the application of the model of the proposed species are highlighted.

The work system allows keeping careful attitude towards the child’s inner world and the wideness of their individuality, as well as agreement between external and internal factors of their personality development. The teacher aligns the pupil’s zone of proximal development and advance in the topic. Structure of education process principally affects the pupil’s position. The pupil actively participates in every step of education, and freedom of choice makes education conscious, productive and more effective. Results of such changes in the pupils’ activities are as follows: the motivation becomes higher and results in higher quality of knowledge; high level of cognitive independence; proactive attitude to all spheres of social school life; well-formed communicative competences; successful formation of personality qualities; 100% proficiency during the whole period; participation and wins in city, regional, and national school competitions and in regional and national intellectual marathons.
